中華電信目前的策略就是市區用L1800為主，郊區L900為主。
市區在由L1800的台 之中選取部分的台做L1800/L900 的CA台
市區內是沒有單L900的台的 只有單L1800台以及L1800/L900 的CA台
所以在市區涵蓋的地圖上會顯示很多密集的小圈圈在涵蓋 以及零星的大圈圈在涵蓋
(不考慮穿透性繞射能力等因素 造成的覆蓋率)
