嵐山小火車的預購和退票

因為很想搭小火車，但住大板，去京都的時間較難預算(因有父母同行), 怕預購車票會趕不及班次，因此有以下提問： 1.在機場能否預買"回程"的小火車票？那麼即使遲了到達嵐山，也至少能搭一程回程的小火車 2. 若我能早到小火車站，可以趕及購買"去程"的小火車，我能否在購票的同時，把預購的"回程"車票退掉？(因搭一程都已滿足了，且票價不便宜) 先謝大家的回覆
